About the speakers
Sam Li, Partner at Asia Perspective
Sam has over 20 years of experience leading and advising organizations and has acquired extensive hands-on experience in market expansion, cross-border negotiation and JV formation, corporate strategy, M&A due diligence and operational improvement. Before joining Asia Perspective, Sam held the position of Managing Director for Mideaux Power Technology. He has also held several leadership positions including General Manager of business unit, and Sales and Marketing Director at SKF Group China.
Sam holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School, as well as a BS in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation from East China University of Science and Technology.
Johan Annell, Partner at Asia Perspective
Johan Annell manages the Beijing branch of Asia Perspective. His expertise is in business transformation, re-structuring, the tech sector and operations. Johan has long worked with large Swedish companies in enhancing operations, executing strategy and establishing partnerships in China. He is experienced in automotive, sustainable materials, industrial equipment, communications technology and industrial applications of IoT.
Johan is fluent in Mandarin, and has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gothenburg University.
