Before that, he was a Studio engineer in Volvo Cars Design Studio designing both Volvo and Polestar cars. Born in Hong Kong, of Indian heritage, with both British and Swedish citizenships, Chetan now lives in Shanghai as a truly global citizen.

Partner at Asia PerspectiveJohan Annell manages the Beijing branch of Asia Perspective. His expertise is in business transformation, re-structuring, the tech sector and operations. Johan has long worked with large Swedish companies in enhancing operations, executing strategy and establishing partnerships in China. He is experienced in automotive, sustainable materials, industrial equipment, communications technology and industrial applications of IoT.
Johan is fluent in Mandarin, and has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gothenburg University.
