The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, together with NBH, is hosting an offline seminar in Shanghai on 29 October 2026 in the afternoon, where we will explore how to wrap your trade show in a digital campaign that builds awareness before the doors open, captures qualified leads on-site, and converts them into pipeline long after the floor closes. The session is designed to leave you with a practical checklist you can apply immediately to your next tradeshow.

You invest heavily in your China tradeshows - booth, travel, printed materials, on-site team. Yet most companies stop marketing the moment the show ends.

Many European and Nordic companies exhibit at China's major trade shows, CIIE, Bauma China, Marintec China, Medtec China, China Wind Power and spend significantly on booths, builds, travel and printed marketing materials. Yet too often the show is treated as a three-day event: reach is limited to the people who physically walk past the booth, business cards and hallway conversations never become a trackable database, and there is no lasting digital footprint once the stand comes down.

Meanwhile, buyers research suppliers on Baidu, WeChat, Douyin, Zhihu and AI platforms before they ever visit a booth, and if your online presence is thin, you lose them before the show even opens.

Welcome to sign-up and join the session to learn & exchange ideas!
