Workplace presentations are essential for showcasing value and driving decisions, yet many professionals struggle with three core issues: disorganized content that obscures key messages, failure to connect work to bigger goals, and using the wrong approach for different presentation types. This course provides practical frameworks and techniques for the three most critical scenarios: Proposals, Updates, and Retrospectives. You'll learn to present with clarity, highlight your contributions, and effectively support team and organizational goals.

工作汇报是职场人士传递价值、驱动决策、展现专业性的核心沟通活动,其质量直接关系到工作成果的可见度、项目资源的获取力与个人职业的信任度。然而,在实际工作中,汇报环节普遍存在三大瓶颈:

· Proposal Presentations – Drive Decisions & Create Value

o Core Idea: Focus on your "solution." Emphasize its value and feasibility

o Structure: SCQA Opening → Solution Details → Benefits/Risks → Recommended Actions.

o Key Techniques

o Case Study: Analyze a sample proposal to master the structural framework

o Exercise: Craft a 1-minute SCQA opening for a given scenario

· Progress Update Presentations – Align Stakeholders & Manage Expectations

o Core Idea: Share information, highlight risks, and build trust

o Structure: Key Conclusion → Critical Updates/Risks → Next Steps → Support Needed

o Key Techniques

o Case Study: Analyze a sample update to learn how to communicate status transparently

o Exercise: For a given scenario, outline key updates, risks, next steps, and support needs

· Retrospective Presentations – Demonstrate Strategic Thinking

o Core Idea: Show depth of thought, focus on learning and future improvement.

o Case Study: Analyze a sample retrospective to learn how to find root causes and plan forward

Frayda Fang

Senior Trainer at Linke Consulting

Frayda graduated from Hunan Normal University with a master's in English education, TEM-8 and a Professional Teaching Qualification, Advanced AI Trainer by DAMO Academy, Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn, and holds Psychological Counseling Certificate by MOHRSS and Yale University's Emotional Management Course Certificate. She has worked as a deputy section-level cadre of a public institution, responsible for a UNESCO project, and translated several official geological books. She also has worked as the head of enterprise publicity and as an internal trainer of an industry-leading enterprise, responsible for employee skills training. Frayda is proficient in training and coaching in English Communication, Emotion Management, and Company Culture Building. Her personable and interactive teaching style leads to good classroom vibe, and her strength of linking real-life cases to the training content makes her course practical and popular.
