In collaboration with SwedCham in APAC, we are happy to invite you to join an international, 10-session online training program focused on building more inclusive workplaces.

Now in its 5th year, this international online programme has engaged over 180 leaders from 40 Swedish companies across the Asia-Pacific and Oceania region. Those who participate are challenged to create gensitive environments in their workplaces. They are exposed to the consequences of prevailing world views and systemic evils. They study global trends in family and workplace dynamics.

The Aim:

To challenge cultural gender assumptions and presumptions, unlearn outdated norms, and build workplaces with new healthier paradigms, where gender sensitivity is not just a value - but a practice.

Participants will Explore:

  • The impact of gender assumptions on workplace culture
  • Global trends in family, work, and gender roles
  • How to foster empowering, inclusive, and innovative environments

The International Task Force brings leaders together from Swedish companies from a region. We are currently welcoming nominations from Asia Pacific and Oceania.

This year's cohort will run from September 2025 to January 2026, including 10 online seminars (1.5 hrs each), moderated by a senior gender expert. The program concludes with a hybrid graduation ceremony hosted in collaboration with the Swedish Embassy in India.

Information for Participants:

Corporate leaders and managers are invited to participate, both men and women. Participation in all sessions is not mandatory, but strongly recommended. The course builds up continuously and is interactive.

Benefits to Company:

Gender-sensitivity has proved to lead to stable company environments, more contented employees with fewer dropouts. It encourages a liberating, empowering and supportive environment which with its diversities of views and thoughts leads in turn to greater creativity and innovation. Diversity has also proved responsible for higher productivity.
