A ONE-TIME CHARGE
At your office/venue:
Member: 8, 500 RMB
Non-Member: 17,000 RMB
(The price includes the service fee for SwedCham, and costs of snack and beverages, in total covering 30 attendees. For additional attendees, a fee of RMB 200 per person will be charged. The additional fee will be paid by the company on the day of the event. )
At Hotel/Bar:
Member: 13,000 RMB
Non-Member: 26,000 RMB
(The price includes the service fee for SwedCham, potential venue rental, and costs of snack and beverages, in total covering 30 attendees. For additional attendees, a fee of RMB 300 per person will be charged. The additional fee will be paid by the company on the day of the event. )
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Company agrees to the following cancellation policy; if the Company cancels prior to 30 days before the event, the full fee is refundable. If the Company cancels the event less than 30 days prior to the event, the fee is non-refundable.
