This is an online course on Winning Negotiations offered by SwedCham in cooperation with BenCham and the Procurement and Supply Chain Academy.

Negotiating effectively requires the ability to change the game – moving away from conflict and toward collaboration. In this online workshop you will refine your negotiation skills and leave with a set of strategies that you can use to deal with difficult negotiation behaviors and hard-bargaining tactics.

How does it work?

Learners will have 24/7 access to the course. Upon registering the learner will receive an email with a login, password and a link to the online learning platform. After finalizing the course, a summarizing PDF will be provided and an online assessment will be taken. When completed successfully, you will receive a SwedCham course certificate accordingly.
