Malin is the GM of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China with offices across n Beijing and Shanghai.

She relocated to Shanghai in 2023, bringing with her a distinguished career in global management and strategy. Before moving to China, Malin was based in Sweden, where she gained extensive experience in consultancy and served as the manager of the International Trade Department at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

Malin has spent many years living and working abroad, including assignments with Ericsson in Japan and the UK, where she specialized in business development, sales, and change management. Additionally, she worked with the Swedish Trade and Investment Council in Dubai, supporting Swedish companies in establishing and expanding their presence in the Middle East.

Her primary focus is to strengthen the relationship between the Chinese and Swedish communities, broaden collaboration opportunities, and maximize value for members and partners. She is committed to enhancing the return on investment (ROI) for all events and activities, ensuring they deliver meaningful impact and foster stronger connections.

Dr. Ye HUANG 黄晔博士

General Manager, Alibaba Cloud Germany and Central EU (DACH, Benelux, and CEE)

Dr. Ye Huang received his PhD in Grid Computing from University of Fribourg, Switzerland. After very active publication and academic activities during his research work, Dr. Huang switched to industry in 2011 and worked in a variety of enterprises in Germany as full-stack DevOps engineer and Cloud architect.

Dr. Huang joined Alibaba Cloud in Europe as solution architect, he took the role as head of solution architect of Alibaba Cloud DACH region from 2018; From 2021, Dr. Huang worked as director of industry solution of Alibaba Cloud International Business, responsible for Alibaba Cloud's products and solutions roll-out to industrial scenarios in global, including but not limited to industries like internet, financial, manufacturing, retail, and more.

In 2022, Dr. Huang returned from Alibaba Cloud HQ to Europe, built a new country territory as country manager, covering Alibaba Cloud business in Benelux region, especially the Netherlands.

From 2023, Dr. Ye Huang is appointed as the general manager of Alibaba Cloud Central Europe Region, responsible for the Alibaba Cloud business in the German-speaking DACH region, the Benelux region, and the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

Dr. Ye Huang is also the guest lecturer of University Zürich Switzerland.

Michael Jiang is currently Chairman of Grand WestRiver Technology which partners with innovative technology companies to achieve accelerated growth. He had over 30 years of industry experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and extensive business experience as an international executive. He was Chairman and President of Motorola Solutions China, and previously worked at Ericsson for over 20 years and was EVP of Ericsson China and North-East Asia Region.

Before moving to China, Torsten advised European brands on customer experience and operational excellence. Early in his career, he held roles at Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Börse, and McKinsey. These experiences have given him a unique blend of creativity and business acumen.

Torsten earned an MBA in the U.S. and a Master’s degree in Germany, specializing in Information Systems, Marketing, and Organizational Development. This academic foundation sparked his interest in consulting to increase competitiveness through innovative products, streamlined processes, and adaptive organizational cultures.

With his focus on innovation, he has consulted numerous clients in China on setting up innovation centers, from defining strategy to launching operations and empowering organizations to drive sustainable innovation.
She used to work in multinational corporates, responsible for LSS in Asia Pacific region, then worked as a management consultant in a world-leading strategic consulting firm. Currently, Nadya is the master trainer of Linke consulting, providing training and coaching on Operations Excellence for corporate. She has developed 20+ training courses in areas of LSS, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, PM, Effective Communication, TTT, etc., delivered 700+ training sessions with 8000+ students trained from 40+ countries. She is spoken highly of by both corporate clients and individual students for her solid knowledge and experience, clear course logic, and the engaging training style.

Wanghe Fei joined Sandvik Coromant in November 2000. He is the manager of Global Engineering Development Center which is located at Langfang China. This Center focuses on New Energy Vehicle component machining solutions. He is a member of Sandvik Coromant North Asia management team. Over the years Wanghe held several positions both in Production Unit (PU) and Sales Unit (SU) within the company.
