Prof. Weng is Doctor of Polymer Chemistry and Physics. His study is focused on bio-based material and degradable plastics, plastic environment and health safety, and plastic product standards. He is the Secretary-General of the Degradable Plastics Professional Committee of the China Plastics Association and the Secretary-General of the National Bio-based Materials and Degradable Products Standardization Technical Committee.

Zhen Li

Since 2003, Zhen Li has been engaged in the solid waste industry and is currently the Chairman of Zhonghuan Innovative Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. He leads a young management team and over a thousand front-line staff to provide numerous streets and villages in Beijing with garbage sorting, a recyclable materials system, and one-stop processing for large pieces of waste. They serve a population of nearly 1.3 million. He strives to be a pioneer in the capital city's circular economy, advocates a green and healthy lifestyle, and protects the city with his actions. His efforts have been recognized with multiple municipal honors, including the Beijing Role Model award.

李震先生自2003年起从事固体废弃物产业工作， 现任中环创新科技发展(北京)有限公司董事长。他带领着年轻的管理团队和千余名一线员工，为北京市多个街乡提供垃圾分类，可回收物体系，大件垃圾一站式处理等业务，服务人口近130万，他争做首都城市循环经济的先行者，倡导绿色、健康的生活理念，用自己的实际行动守护城市，获得北京榜样等多个北京市级荣誉。

Jet Chang

Jet Chang, VP public affairs, Tomra Asia; National Chair, Environment working group, EUCCC.

Jet Chang joined TOMRA in Oct 2017 and is responsible for circular economy policy advocacy and business development in China. Before that, he worked 8 years for several international and domestic companies in the environment industry such as Haldor Topsoe China, Poten Environment and Derun Environment. From 2004-2011, he served as senior commercial officer at the Embassy of Denmark in China. Since 2019, he has also been the national chair/vice chair of the environment working group of the EUCCC. Jet holds two master’s degrees from the Northwestern Polytechnic University and Nanyang Technological University, respectively.

常新杰，陶朗集团亚洲区公共事务副总裁， 中国欧盟商会环境工作组主席（兼）：常新杰于2017年加入全球收集与分选行业的领导企业-挪威陶朗集团。他拥有15年以上的环保行业从业经验，曾先后服务于丹麦驻华大使馆商务处，丹麦托普索集团，博天环境集团，德润环境等中外行业领先企业。在陶朗集团，他主要负责循环经济转型的政策推动与示范项目，重点关注塑料，尤其是消费后塑料包装，从收集，分选，再生加工与循环利用的闭环循环体系构建。自2019年3月以来，他同时兼任中国欧盟商会（EUCCC）环境工作组主席/副主席。常新杰拥有南洋理工大学工程硕士学位以及西北工业大学工学硕士学位。
