Anna manages relations with key external stakeholders in Mainland China to achieve the Group’s environmental, social and business goals, which contribute to H&M Group’s overall sustainability strategy. On a day-to-day basis, she communicates with industry associations, policymakers, NGOs, the Swedish and European business community, among others, to drive commitment and partnerships towards our sustainability goals and activities.
Anna previously served as Vice Chair of the Sustainability Committee, Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and brings experience from the Swedish government’s trade promotion agency, Business Sweden, in Beijing and Hong Kong.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics and is certified in ESG Investing by CFA Institute. She speaks Swedish, English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish.

Yanan Zhan

Zhan Yanan, the Vice President of Hexagon great China Market, assistant of the Executive President for the Manufacturing Intelligence division. Graduated from Business School of Qingdao University with a bachelor's degree in 2020 and joined to Hexagon in 2001, has won the Outstanding Manager award. Good at data analysis and team re-organization, creating the business digital operation team of TO B business and the full-link digital transformation of MTO, from the front end market, middle end sales to the back end of the order process, forming a closed loop of user conversion, establishing of customer-centric business model, key account management system and customer 360 portrait and other data analysis platforms.

Xiaoting Chen

Chen Xiaoting, Programme Manager at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation (UK) Beijing Representative Office, to lead the Foundation’s Plastic Initiative and policy workstream (circular economy policy and climate effort) in China. PhD in Sustainability Economy from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China.

Chen has over 15 years of working experience in Sustainability and has worked as the Global Coordinator for Greening the Belt and Road Initiative at WWF China, Senior Manager in charge of the Strategic Corridor Program at KPMG China’s Global China Practice, and Senior program manager at Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Environment and Ecology of China (FECO/MEE). Published papers on the Study of the Carbon Budget Governance Mechanism, The scientific and political views of the carbon budget for global climate governance, and The Comparison of the 2050 Long-term Low Emission Development Strategies and their Implications, etc.

陈晓婷，艾伦·麦克阿瑟基金会（英国）北京代表处项目主任，负责塑料倡议、循环经济政策及气候变化等方面相关项目。中国社会科学院可持续发展经济学博士。

陈晓婷拥有近15年可持续发展领域从业经历，先后担任世界自然基金会（瑞士）北京代表处绿色“一带一路”项目全球协调员、毕马威全球中国业务发展中心(GCP)“战略走廊”项目负责人、中国生态环境部（原环境保护部）对外合作与交流中心高级项目经理等职位。出版《碳预算治理机制研究》、《从科学和政策视角看碳预算对全球气候治理的作用》、《2050长期低排放发展战略比较分析及启示》等文章。

He has deep dived in comprehensive digital transformation，in terms of successful super-large-scale digital solutions rebuild and business innovation in various industries such as retail, automotive and High-tech etc. Especially he has hands-on experices on the realms of artificial intelligence, big-data and AIOT by leading international, diverse and colplex Fortune 500 Lighthouse Digital Transformation Projects, leveraging intelligent enablement such as smart supply chain, intelligent manufacturing, digital twin and ESG to empower business success.
