The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China (SwedCham China) is delighted to launch our 2026 Beijing Spring Factory Tour with a return visit to the Xiaomi EV HyperFactory. Following the great success of our tour last year, we are pleased to organize this exclusive visit for our member companies once again.

A comprehensive itinerary includes both guided tours and a test ride. The guided tour is divided into two key parts: the office building and the production zone. In the office building, you will be guided through the car showroom and the technology showroom. For the production zone tour, we will use shuttle cars to take guests through the hypercasting shop, press shop, and body shop, with guests remaining inside the vehicle for the entire duration of the tour.

This tour aligns with two core priorities for Swedish businesses in the capital: deepening insights into China's cutting-edge new energy vehicle (NEV) ecosystem and fostering cross-industry collaboration between Swedish enterprises and China's tech-manufacturing leaders. As a national hub for EV innovation and policy, Beijing provides the perfect setting for this valuable, practice-oriented visit.

Xiaomi EV Hyper Factory Overview

The Xiaomi EV HyperFactory, spanning 720,000 square meters, is a fully integrated EV technology industrial hub that combines R&D, manufacturing, delivery, and customer experience. It features six core production shops: hypercasting, press, body, painting, battery, and assembly, alongside a front area with office buildings, a laboratory, and an intelligent driving zone. The factory opened for tours in March 2024, offering a window into China's cutting-edge automotive manufacturing.
