Su Cheng Harris-Simpson is the Founder and President of Synpact, a social enterprise that empowers underrepresented people, with a focus on women and girls.
With over 30 years of experience, she previously founded SCHSAsia, a strategy consulting and communications firm, and held leadership roles at Boeing, UTC, and the Capital Club Beijing. Since 1997, she has been a prominent community builder in Beijing, serving multiple chambers of commerce, embassies, and not-for-profits, including four terms on the AmCham Board of Governors.
Su Cheng is recognized as a visionary entrepreneur and advocate for women leaders.

Zhou Han is a Partner of Acclime China. Zhou Han has over 35 years of professional services experience, with over 30 of those based in Asia. In 2001 Zhou Han co-founded LehmanBrown International Accountants, a China-focused accounting, taxation and business advisory firm employing around 200 professionals. In LehmanBrown, Zhou Han was a Senior Partner and operated as its Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, LehmanBrown merged with Acclime Group.
Prior to LehmanBrown, Zhou Han had worked at the China Trust and Investment Corporation for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade under the Ministry of Commerce. She also worked with Bank of Scotland in the project finance team, where she worked on various projects in Asia. Following that, Zhou Han moved back to Asia and was an economic analyst based in Singapore, covering China and Japan.
Zhou Han graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai International Studies University and a post graduate degree from the University of International Business and Economics in China. She also has a MSc. Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Robert Cubick is a German entrepreneur and Executive Director & Co-Founder of ANDI (Beijing) Climate Technologies Co., Ltd. (est. 2019).

Robert brings over two decades of experience in China's plumbing and HVAC industry, helping international buyers source top-tier components while avoiding costly traps. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Uponor Corporation, a publicly listed company with 16 factories and 4,000 employees in more than 30 countries. As General Manager, he established legal entities in China and Korea, launched manufacturing operations in China, and delivered strong sales growth across the region.

Robert holds a Diploma in Regional Area Studies East Asia from the University of Cologne and completed Chinese language training at Nanjing University. His professional training includes the Henley Business School Navigator Program.

Deeply committed to peer learning, he is an active EO Beijing Metropolitan member, and has served as Forum Moderator, Learning Chair, and Accelerator Coach.

Zoe Zhou is the Founder of HG Center and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Zoe's coaching practice focuses on startup CEOs and senior leaders navigating high-pressure moments, including fundraising decisions, organizational crises, and leadership transitions. She also serves as a lead coach on BetterUp, a global AI-powered human transformation platform that supports leadership development at scale.

Her coaching is grounded in extensive in-house experience across China's tech and internet enterprises, including Lenovo, DiDi, and Alibaba Cloud, where she built deep expertise in talent development, organizational design, and people strategy.

Zoe holds a Master's degree in Economics from Peking University and a Certificate in Leadership & Management from Harvard Business School.

Silke Schroeer is the Founder and Managing Director of ON SILK Consulting Services, an Organizational Performance Advisory based in Beijing.

She works with CEOs and senior leaders to identify the real drivers of performance challenges — distinguishing between structural, leadership, and human dynamics as root causes — and supports them in making high-stakes decisions with clarity.

Prior to founding ON SILK, she held management positions over more than 20 years at a global Fortune 500 automotive company, working across finance and controlling, operations, business structure analysis, and HR management — including shared service centre design and implementation, starting with a team of 70 and scaling to approximately 1,000 employees, organizational restructuring, and HR advisory work at board level.

She founded ON SILK in Beijing in 2023, building her business from scratch in a new market and deliberately designing a lean, AI-supported model based on her experience of what makes organizations work at scale.

Silke holds a Diploma in Engineering (Architecture) from RWTH Aachen, one of Europe's leading technical universities, and a qualification in Business Administration and Economics for Engineers from the University of Hagen. She further holds professional qualifications in organizational counseling and human development, complementing her systems and business background with a structured understanding of human behavior in organizations.
