Join our one-day workshop about cross-cultural communication in Shanghai on 11th April, 2025.

This Cross-Cultural Training takes an innovative approach by examining culture through a psychological lens. It provides practical solutions for common challenges faced by Chinese individuals when communicating and collaborating with "Westerners", especially North Americans and Europeans, in corporate settings.

The training aims to enhance cross-cultural awareness, pinpoint cultural blind spots that can lead to misunderstandings, and teach effective strategies for managing, mitigating, and preventing cross-cultural conflicts.

Participants will learn to communicate effectively, build trust, and influence others across culture, essential skills for navigating international matrix organizations with global projects, aligning with headquarters, and collaborating with international colleagues of different hierarchical levels.

The course will equip attendees with specific tools, methods, and approaches tailored to address these daily challenges.

Target Group:

Chinese Employees and Managers of Multinational Corporations dealing with Western colleagues abroad and in China on a regular basis.
