Happy new year 2025!
The Ambassador of Sweden, H.E. Mr Per Augustsson, has the honor of inviting member companies of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China to a breakfast meeting, at which the Team Sweden organizations in China will briefly present their plans for the new year and invite to dialogue. The breakfast will take place at the Swedish Ambassador's residence in Beijing, 3, Dongzhimenwai Dajie, on Thursday, the 23rd of January 2025, at 08:30 am.

- Please, note that only one representative per company can register. Limited seats and first come, first serve.
- Please note that the last day to register for the event is January 20th.
- This is a Member-only event, only SwedCham China members can attend.
- Admission to this event is subject to approval first. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation with the access code before the event.

If you cannot attend a factory tour for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three(3) business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Ambassador of Sweden to China at Embassy of Sweden in Beijing
Per Augustsson is Ambassador of Sweden to China since 15 August 2023. He has worked as a diplomat for the Swedish Government and Foreign Ministry since 1992 in various positions, including at the Government Offices in Stockholm, at the Permanent Mission of Sweden to the United Nations in New York and as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Sweden in London and the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing. Prior to his current posting he was Consul General of Sweden in Hong Kong and Macau. He also spent four years in Washington D.C. as Senior Fellow and Diplomat-in-Residence at the Center for Transatlantic Relations at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
Per Augustsson has a Degree of Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Lund (Sweden) 1991. He studied at the Jean Moulin University in Lyon (France) in 1990 and was a Robert Schuman Scholarship Trainee at the European Parliament (Luxemburg) in 1991.
