The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and IKEA Supply Area East Asia sincerely invite you to join our sharing and networking event! In this session, we will talk about the purchasing business of IKEA in China, introduce IKEA Supply Area East Asia and share knowledge about the IKEA value chain. The sharing will focus on the following three parts:
1. sharing of the value chain approach of IKEA
2. Introducing the partnership of IKEA with our suppliers.
3. Insights from IKEA on how to cooperate with suppliers in the future and help them grow together.
At the same time, we believe that this is not only a sharing from IKEA, but also a good opportunity to exchange valuable experiences and insights with many experts from diverse companies operating in China, and more importantly, it is a platform for networking with each other. We will prepare a Swedish fika after the sharing session for a better communication, looking forward to your participation!

IKEA Supply Area East Asia (IKEA SAEA) develops and supports the supply business for IKEA products in China, Japan and South Korea, including production and transportation of IKEA products. IKEA SAEA is the home for all entities and companies belonging to Supply in this region with the assignments of develop people, enable business, develop relations, lead compliance. Currently, IKEA SAEA has 3 purchasing offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Qingdao, with approximately 700 co-workers.

Hui joined the leading home furnishing brand IKEA in 2010, and with 14 years of experience in IKEA, Hui has acted as Global Category Leader in IKEA of Sweden, New Business Manager in IKEA Purchasing Operation Area East Asia, Platform Development Leader in IKEA of Sweden and now she is the President of IKEA Supply Area East Asia, based in Shanghai.
She is a leader with excellent leadership, international view, and innovative thinking. Over the past decade, she successfully introduced Chinese office chair manufacturers into IKEA comprehensive product development system, through a global sourcing strategy.
