Frank is working for ASSA ABLOY (China) Investment Co. ltd as Group Vice President of Government affairs for Greater China & Southeast Asia, responsible for building up and maintaining good relations with governments to drive business growth and promoting sustainable business development.
Prior to ASSA ABLOY, Frank has worked at GE for 16 years, 1 year for Dow chemical and 9 years for a Sino-Germany company-Dalian Danor. The diversified career makes Frank familiar with various industries, from Building& Construction, Aviation, Shipbuilding & Offshore, Petrochemical, to Plastics, Energy, and colorful printing industry.
He has deeply involved several national big projects, such as “China large domestic civil aircraft project C919” , “Domestic avionics industry 14-5 developing plan”,《Colorful PVC-U window profile National product standard GB8814-2004》; MoU’s implementation between GE and NDRC about Ecomagination and so on.
Frank holds Engineering bachelor’s degree from Dalian Polytechnic University. Certificate of 6 Sigma Green Belt, Senior Negotiator, Product Management for China Project.
