Li Lusheng is currently the Director of the General Office of the Department of Pilot Free Trade Zones(PFTZs) and Free Trade Port(FTP) of the Ministry of Commerce of P.R.China. He has been engaged in the management of foreign investment and construction of PFTZs and FTP for a long time and used to work in the Department of Foreign Investment Management and several Economic and Commercial Offices as diplomat abroad. He has participated in the establishment and upgrading of PFTZs , as well as the formulation of a number of comprehensive State Council documents supporting the reform and innovation of PFTZs in recent years.

李鲁晟同志，现任商务部自贸区港建设协调司综合处处长。李鲁晟同志长期从事外商投资管理、自贸试验区、自由贸易港建设工作，此前曾在商务部外资司及多个驻外经商机构工作。他参与了近年以来各自贸试验区设立、升级和扩区工作，以及多份国务院支持自贸试验区改革创新的综合性政策文件制定工作。

1967年生，获广东外语外贸大学经济学学士学位、对外经贸大学法学硕士学位。
1988年起，进入中华人民共和国商务部工作，先后任台港澳司副处长、调研员和副司长。

曾任中国驻马来西亚使馆三秘、二秘，中国驻文莱使馆经商参赞。2023年9月起，任中国驻瑞典使馆经济商务参赞。
 

Counsellor Kang Wen was born in 1967. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and a master’s degree in Law at the University of International Business and Economics.

Since 1988, she has worked in the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, serving successively as Deputy Division Chief, Division Rank Official and Deputy Director General of the Department of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

She also served as Second Secretary and Third Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, and as Economic and Commercial Counsellor of Chinese Embassy in Brunei. Since September 2023, she has started to take office as Economic and Commercial Counsellor of Chinese Embassy in Sweden.

Ludvig’s previous experience includes PwC Transaction Services Strategy Group (London & Shanghai), Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (Shanghai) and Longshine Technology (Shanghai).

Ludvig holds a BA in Chinese and Management from The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
