SwedCham China is glad to offer a Full Day offline course in Suzhou again to our members working within different projects. Effective Communication in Project Management is a practical training designed to help participants communicate clearly and effectively in project-based situations, especially difficult situations where leading without authority is needed. The whole course will be presented in CHINESE. This is not a theoretical training on how effective communication works or what phycological tricks are behind it, instead, it only focuses on practical techniques which could bring visible improvements during the class.

在这一部分中,我们会介绍一个通俗易懂的演讲技巧:VIBE,从声音、信息、肢体语言和情绪这四个方面强调在项目中做公开演讲的注意事项。(包括小组练习)
在项目管理中,及时获取外部资源和支持是至关重要的。在这一部分中,我们会介绍一个特殊的项目汇报技巧:电梯汇报,这个技巧可以在干系人因为太忙而无法及时提供支持时起到重要作用。(包括小组练习)
在一个健康的项目环境中,团队成员可能需要经常给出并收到反馈建议,这样才能推动项目进展。在这一部分,我们会介绍对反馈建议的给出者和接收者的基本要求,以及一个可以提高反馈建议有效性的技巧:汉堡原则。(包括小组练习)
不同背景的干系人由于天然的不同立场,对项目工作会产生不同的态度。在这一部分,我们会介绍说服干系人的一般流程,使项目管理者可以顺利获取不同背景人员的支持(包括小组练习)
在如今的大环境下,线上沟通已经成了项目管理甚至日常工作的一部分。在这一部分,我们会介绍通过聊天软件、邮件、视频会议三种线上方式沟通的技巧和注意事项,以保证线上沟通的准确性,从而提升线上沟通效率。该部分包括小组练习。(包括小组练习)

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). Make sure your IT has whitelisted the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz. E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder).
