Ms. Paola Albornoz is a Swedish career diplomat with broad experience from several postings at HQ, as well as abroad (Moldova, UN representation in NY). She joined the Foreign Service in 2010. Her specialties include security policy, Arctic affairs, development and reform cooperation, trade promotion, sustainability and multilateralism.

Ms. Albornoz was recently appointed as Head of CSR Centre at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing. Recent positions include Senior Desk at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs on Latin America and Deputy Head of mission of the Swedish Embassy in Chisinau, Moldova. She holds a degree International Relations and Political Science.

Mr. Ou Guoli is professor from School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University.

He is also Director of the China Transportation Economics Research Center of Beijing Jiaotong University, expert of the New Transport Think Tank Alliance, and expert of the Capital High-end Think Tank. He has successively served as a member of the Economics Professional Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, the executive director of the China Marketing Society, the vice chairman of the China Society of Industrial Economics, a member of the Economic Committee of the China Railway Society, and the editorial board of several domestic academic journals.

Anders Wahlstrom is the Regional General Manager Asia & Pacific for Scandinavian Airlines, based in Beijing since March 2019. He is a sales expert and has an extensive experience from the Airline industry. He´s been devoted to SAS for more than 30 years working at various management roles at their Head Office in Sweden. Prior to the current position in China, he was Head of Sales Sweden and Finland.

Johan Annell manages the Beijing branch of Asia Perspective. His expertise is in business transformation, re-structuring, the tech sector and operations. Johan has long worked with large Swedish companies in enhancing operations, executing strategy and establishing partnerships in China. He is experienced in automotive, sustainable materials, industrial equipment, communications technology and industrial applications of IoT.



Johan is fluent in Mandarin, and has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gothenburg University.
