In any accident or emergency occurred no matter on a football field or at home, making the right choices at the right time can be the difference between life and death.

At SwedCham we believe that everyone should be well prepared to give even the most basic first aid treatment in time of an Emergency can SAVE A LIFE. So we are very happy to collaborate with United Family CBD Clinic to create this opportunity for your family.

At the training, the trainer Ms. Yanfei Zhang will give an introduction to basic life saving techniques. This course teaches both adults and kids how to respond to life-threatening emergencies, and prepares them to provide first aid, CPR, and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Maximum number of attendees are 12 people including adult and kid. The course includes a combination of knowledge introduction, skills development and realistic scenario practice covering both CPR and First Aid in 2 hours. More details of the training see below.

The whole event will be presented in English and Chinese.

此次2小时培训主要讲解如何将急救知识与心脏复苏技能应用到实际场景中去，以培养参与培训的大小学员在危机事件发生时能为他人提供急救知识或有信心亲自实施急救工作。

CPR 心脏复苏术讲解+现场模拟训练（1 hour）

First Aid 常见急救内容 （1 hour）

• 基础急救介绍 Introduction to First Aid
• 严重食物过敏 Bad Allergic Reactions
• 出血处理 Bleeding
• 呼吸道异物梗塞 Choking
• 扭伤和骨折 Sprains and Broken Bone
