SwedCham together with other Nordic chambers is delighted to invite you to an evening with Fangda Partners Beijing to hear and discuss the latest in Intellectual Property Rights practices in China.
Fangda Partners have recently represented Metso Corporation (a large stock enlisted Nordic Corporation) in a successful IPR infringement case. This case is notable for the court's award of full amount of claimed damages and legal expenses despite the lack of direct evidence on defendants' gains from infringement, a departure from the past practice.
During the evening experts from Fangda Partners will share the key steps and takeaways from this case as well as the implications it might have in the future. In addition, other Nordic companies will share their experiences and views on IPR issues.
