He has 25 years of experience in capital project and infrastructure development, financing, and management.
Dr. Jiang was engaged in international project development, project financing and project management for over a decade in more than 10 countries including Malaysia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore, Belize, Peru, etc., and has continued to work in related sectors after returning China. He was responsible for the preparation and implementation of a number of large infrastructure projects domestic and abroad, in energy, transportation, environment, water conservation, urban development, and other sectors. He provided advisory services for major Chinese SOEs, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and United Nations Development Programme. In recent years, he has provided many advisory works on deal structuring, preparation and implementation of PPP projects for Chinese SOEs, and the governments in China and in B&R countries.
Dr. Jiang worked at Asian Development Bank as a Senior Project Officer, and worked at senior managerial positions in Chinese large SOEs. He was a Adjunct Professor at International Project Management Institute of Tsinghua University, China, and published a number of research papers in the first-tier international academic journals. Currently he is a PPP Expert for Ministry of Finance, PRC, and the Deputy Director of the Finance and Tax Experts Committee of the China Association of International Engineering Consultants.
Dr. Jiang has a degree of Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University, a degree of Master of Science (Project Finance and Management) and a PhD (Construction Economics and Management) from National University of Singapore.
