On March 5, 2026, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress opened in Beijing. Premier Li Qiang delivered the Government Work Report, outlining key development goals for 2026 with a focus on expanding two-way investment and cooperation. The report commits to deeper reform of the foreign investment promotion system, full national treatment for foreign-invested enterprises, stronger services and support, and the upgraded development of all types of industrial parks.
Against this important policy backdrop, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China (SwedCham China) has the privilege of inviting Mr. Ambassador‑designate Zhou Limin at the People's Republic of China to Sweden to give our member companies an online presentation on March 26th, 2026. We will also have the privilege of hearing an in-depth interpretation of foreign investment policies for the 15th Five-Year Plan period from a representative of the Department of Foreign Investment Administration, MOFCOM.
