When there are different expectations about communication styles and decision making, those who can arm themselves with the knowledge and techniques to "style switch" will find themselves ahead of the game in the global business environment where so many differences in patterns of logic and thinking exist.
By raising awareness of Nordic logic, thinking patterns, decision-making processes, and communication styles, local talents are empowered to story tell and thus influence effectively throughout the company at all levels of hierarchy both in China and across the globe.
