Krรคftskiva (Crayfish Party) is the highlight of late summer in Sweden, and SwedCham's Krรคftskiva has become an annual tradition in both Shanghai and Beijing.
The 2023 Crayfish Party will be held on September 15th ๏ผFriday) in the beautiful garden of Bai He Pavilion at Intercontinental Shanghai Ruijin Hotel (ไธๆตท็้ๆดฒ้ ้ ๅบ๏ผ, a historic venue in the heart of Shanghai. Located in the heart of Shanghai's former French Quarter, close to Huaihai CBD and many of the city's famous tourist attractions, InterContinental Shanghai Ruijin covers an area of 55,000 square meters featuring exquisite gardens and French style lawns. It exclusively presents Old Shanghai's elegance of the 1930's.
Highlights of the evening will include of course the Swedish style crayfish, the traditional singing, customary crayfish party accessories, together with the dance by our cool DJ.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the party for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven(7) business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyzโ". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
