Simon Shi (施琦), Specialist Counsel, Mannheimer Swartling
Simon Shi joined Mannheimer Swartling in 2015 and is now a specialist counsel for the firm. Before joining Mannheimer Swartling, Simon worked as an associate for a prestigious UK firm for 5 years. Simon is specialized in foreign investment in China and has advised many European companies on M&A transactions, compliance and other corporate matters.
