Professor Mike Danilovic is an internationally recognized innovation strategist, technology management expert, and academic leader with more than three decades of experience spanning academia, industry, and public policy.
He has held senior academic positions at Linköping University, Jönköping International Business School, and Halmstad University, and has served as a Distinguished Overseas Professor at Shanghai DianJi University for the last 15 years.
He has advised global organizations including Saab Aerospace, Scania, ABB Robotics, and AUDI, and co-developed the Symbiotic Business Model for Goldwind. His work focuses on innovation, complex systems, technology commercialization, and sustainable technology ecosystems.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, ecosystems, and technology—helping organizations understand how to design and scale complex systems for global impact.
Mira Lioleva
Head of Leadership Advisory at Mercuri Urval (Shanghai) Management Consultant Co., Ltd.
Mira leads the management consultant practice with focus on leadership and organizational advisory for Mercuri Urval Greater China from its Shanghai office and extends supports to clients in the APAC region. She works closely with clients in segments like Mobility, Industrial, Technology, consumer and Life Sciences – Medical Devices.
Mira specializes in M&A integration, strategy implementation, and change management, focusing on leadership and organizational effectiveness, including people and process development, coaching, and mentoring. She helps organizations effectively execute their business strategy in the Chinese market through results-driven interventions in organizational and team effectiveness, process optimization, and leadership advisory. Additionally, she is a trusted advisor to the management boards of MNC subsidiaries operating in China.
Mira brings 25 years of corporate experience in maritime transportation, international supply chain, logistics, operations in consumer electronics, and business services. With 17 years in China, she has deep exposure to the APAC region, including countries like South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Lihua Liu
Senior Researcher at Shanghai DianJi University
Dr. Lihua Liu is a Senior Researcher in Business Studies at Shanghai DianJi University and Managing Director of the university’s Innovation Center in Stockholm. She holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Sciences from Halmstad University and works at the intersection of academia, industry, and policymaking in sustainable technology and cross-border innovation.
With over two decades of experience, Dr. Liu leads major international initiatives and conducts research on business model innovation, sustainability transitions, transport electrification, and intelligent transportation systems. She developed the Symbiotic Business Model framework and applied it in collaboration with global wind turbine manufacturer Goldwind.
Her work connects innovation, sustainability, technology, and cross-border collaboration, with a particular focus on how industry–academia ecosystems can accelerate sustainable and intelligent economic development.
