The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China warm welcome you and your colleagues to join our upcoming half-day workshop online on Wednesday, 13 May 2026 about "Stakeholder Management" and this workshop will be conducted in English.

Workshop Introduction:

In today's complex business environment, effective stakeholder management is a critical capability that sets professionals apart. The ability to identify, understand, and influence stakeholders enables smoother project execution, stronger alignment, and better business outcomes. However, many professionals struggle with unclear stakeholder expectations, misaligned priorities, and difficulties influencing senior or resistant stakeholders.

Unlike purely theoretical approaches, this workshop focuses on practical, real-world stakeholder management techniques. Participants will learn how to systematically map stakeholders, assess their influence and interest, and apply tailored communication strategies to engage them effectively. The session also emphasises influencing techniques that help participants navigate different organisational levels, manage resistance, and build constructive relationships.

By combining structured frameworks with practical communication tools, this webinar equips participants to enhance stakeholder alignment, improve collaboration, and achieve results more efficiently.
