As the sun sets over the Beijing's one of most fashionable areas known as China Central Place, we invite you to step into a cherished Swedish ritual. On the evening of 4 September, 2026, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China will host our annual Swedish Crayfish Party (Kräftskiva) at the beautiful garden of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing.

Swedes have been celebrating the start of crayfish seasons since the late 1800s, however once upon a time it was only enjoyed by royals. These days everyone eats crayfish, and special crayfish parties are held in the evenings in early August once the crayfish fishing season is under way in Sweden. The tradition of the Kräftskiva goes back centuries, but the spirit is timeless: celebrating community, good food, and the last days of summer.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend a traditional event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz​". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
