Morning session - Pony.ai

With a fleet of more than 1,975 Robotaxis and approximately 200 Robotrucks, it has accumulated over 100 million kilometers of global autonomous driving mileage, including more than 40 million kilometers of fully driverless testing. You will experience the future of autonomous mobility first-hand, beginning with a test ride in Pony.ai's 7th-generation fully driverless Robotaxi on open roads - a rare opportunity to feel cutting-edge driverless technology in action. You will then tour the Pony.ai Future Mobility Center, where the company's history, technological breakthroughs and the evolution of its products come to life through vehicle displays, live autonomous fleet operations showcases and remote-assistance demonstrations. The visit concludes with an open Q&A and exchange session, offering a platform to discuss the future of autonomous mobility, potential collaborations and any technical or business questions with our team.

Afternoon session - Beifang Automotive Education Group (Beifang).

After a bus shuttle, you will visit Beifang, founded in 1993 and China's leading automotive vocational institution and manufacturer of auto-mechanic teaching equipment. With more than 30 years of expertise, it trains auto mechanics and engineers for global automakers across ICE, EV, hybrid, intelligent and hydrogen vehicles — including Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, BYD, Tesla, Geely, NIO, Xpeng and others. During a tour of its 5,000-square-meter Science, Technology and Innovation Training Center, participants will closely examine cutaway vehicle models and training equipment featuring new-energy, intelligent, hydrogen-powered and flying vehicles from leading global brands such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Tesla, BYD, Geely and Xiaomi. The visit provides insight into the latest developments in global new-energy vehicle technologies, explores workforce training for the NEV aftermarket, and opens discussion on potential pathways for Beifang to enter the Swedish and broader European vocational education markets for new-energy vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the training costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). Make sure your IT has whitelisted the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz​. E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email or contact finance@swedcham.cn.
