The event will be held in Chinese on the 19th of August, with workshop facilitator Xiaomin Qu, Specialist Counsel at Wikborg Rein's Shanghai office.

Xiaomin Qu will focus on three parts of laws and regulations relevant for Human Resource management: Employment termination law, compliance and strategy of employees during organizational restructuring/relocation, and the reform of the Individual Income Tax law.
