Xiaomin Qu will focus on two parts of laws and regulations relevant for Human Resource management: Compliance and strategy of employees during in light of contemplated change of employment terms with a focus on amendment of contractual terms during COVID-19 period; and the collection, use and management of personal information during life circle of employment under the Personal Information Protection Law.
