Refunds for purchased tickets are only processed upon receiving written notice of cancellation and when received no later than: - 7 business days before Traditional Events, Workshops, Courses & Trainings, Galas - 3 business days before Factory Tours, Company Visits and After Works - 24 hours before Sharp Talks, Seminars, Webinars, and other events
Or otherwise stated by SwedCham China, or any of its partners, co-organizer, service providers or such. Tickets will not be refunded in case a fapiao has already been issued. In case of no-shows, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests made according to the above time limitations will be processed as early as possible or latest within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request by email or written notice or the stated time period by any of SwedCham China’s partners, co-organizers, service providers or such.
