How Democratic Design Can Help Companies to Digitize and Innovate:

As times changed and eventually led a beloved retailer to enter a digital transformation journey, in China they are now exploring what it means for their original design practice to tackle some of the challenges of innovation in modern digital products — Challenges like digital accessibility, designing for multi-generation users, and achieving digital sustainability.
