Do you want to sharpen your negotiation skills? To perform at your best as a negotiator you need to be in control of the power, people and process. This negotiation skills workshop will give you everything you need to manage power effectively and become a great negotiator.

In order for you to become a skilful negotiator, you need to be able to survey the power landscape, evaluate the power balance and prepare to manage power dynamics, both from a transactional and strategic perspective.

Taking effective decisions in real-time and responding to a constantly changing power-dynamic isn't easy. Getting it right requires skill, practice and confidence. However experienced you are, skills training will enhance your ability and boost your self-con dence.
